Time and effort has been invested in enhancing knowledge and skills of all individuals working in the company so they can better serve both our internal and external customers. On the job training, in-house training and external training are provided to each employee. Regular internal discussion and meetings are carried out to allow for internal exchange of ideas and opinions for improvement.
We work hard and play hard. A variety of team activities, including festive celebrations, exercise day, outdoor BBQ and beach activities, have been organized to provide platforms and opportunities for colleagues who are working in different areas come together to build bond, enjoy and have fun.
